We use information you submit to respond to your signage project and support our business relationship.

Your inquiry

Your name, contact details, company, selected installation country or region, project requirements and uploaded files are stored for our authorized sales team. Drawings are not publicly accessible. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your brief or uploads.

Website email channel

When enabled, links labelled “Website email channel” open your email app addressed to sales@web.carreysign.com. Resend and our website service process your sender details, message and attachments to deliver a source-labelled notification to our sales team. We privately store the original email and a text summary for authorized administrators. Emails received through this dedicated address are counted separately from website clicks and form inquiries. A saved or shared address does not prove a new website visit. Delivery confirmation means acceptance by the recipient mail server, not that an employee has read the message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Website measurement

We count page views and clicks on email and WhatsApp links to understand how this website is used. Reports contain daily totals by page, referring website or campaign source, medium and name, and broad device type. We also use the hosting provider’s approximate country/region from network information; VPNs and proxies can affect accuracy. This is not your nationality or your selected installation location. Daily visitors are assigned to the first observed country/region of that day. A click does not tell us whether a message was sent. Our analytics do not store full referring URLs or raw IP addresses. To estimate daily unique visitors, we keep a random, site-specific browser identifier in local storage and replace it on the first tracked visit of a new Beijing calendar day. The server stores a daily salted digest, not the original identifier. Repeated visits in one day count once; visits on different days count again. Changing devices, browsers or clearing site data may count as a new visitor. If browser storage is unavailable, page views may still be counted without a unique-visitor estimate. Temporary security limits use a daily-changing hash of the connection address. To estimate daily unique WhatsApp clicks, we also store a daily-changing salted hash of the connection address and browser information, without storing those raw values. This is an approximate daily count, not a count of identifiable people or confirmed conversations.

Acquisition context (the first source, or the latest tagged campaign link) is held in your browser tab for this visit and can be attached to an inquiry. Where your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not collect these traffic events. Hosting providers may process technical logs needed to operate and secure the website.
