Before you ask.
Can you work from my logo or drawing?
Yes. Send your artwork, overall dimensions, quantity and installation location. If you only have a sketch, include a photograph of the space and explain the look you want.
What do you mean by Door Signs?
Physical room-number plates, address numbers and door identification signs. They are not electronic display screens.
Which files can I upload?
PDF, AI, EPS, CDR, DWG, DXF, JPG, JPEG, PNG and ZIP. The inquiry form accepts up to three files, with a maximum of 20 MB per file.
How are lead time and warranty confirmed?
They depend on the product, construction and order. Product pages provide a starting point where specifications are available. Ask our sales team to confirm the delivery schedule and warranty in your written quotation.
Do the guides replace project-specific installation instructions?
No. These are general manufacturer references. Your mounting surface, electrical supply and local requirements must be reviewed for the actual installation. Use qualified installers for electrical work and confirm the project-specific drawings before connecting power.
